Women Veterans ROCK! continues its robust Community Partnership with Chestnut Hill College in the annual presentation of The Women Veterans Civic Leadership Institute Fall Workshop Series. Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, is a proud “Military Friendly” college and has enjoyed a long and distinguished history of supporting America’s Military Families and Student Veterans.
The Fall 2017 Women Veterans Civic Leadership Workshop Series @ Chestnut Hill College – Registration Cost $425.00 — The Fall 2017 Civic Leadership Workshop Series is a comprehensive collection of: workshops; case study review & analysis; panel discussions; debates on topical public issues; and public speaking training forums to build confidence and public speaking skills.
Participates receive professional instruction in the development and/or updating of their 2017-2018 Civic Leaders E-Portfolio to document, track and present their achievements from their participation in the 2017 Civic Leadership Development Series.
Successful completion of the Civic Leadership Series prepares graduates for 2018 Civic Engagement Opportunities, Board Leadership and Local Community Appointments.
